1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ugly Site Scraper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ugly Site Scraper is a lead generation tool that searches publicly available business information from Google Places, scrapes publicly available email addresses from business websites, captures website screenshots, and provides AI-powered website quality assessments. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased as one-time payments and are non-transferable.
• Each credit tier has an expiration period (3, 6, or 12 months from purchase).
• Expired credits cannot be used or refunded.
• Credits are deducted per search after results are successfully returned.
• Cached results (same niche and city searched within 30 days) do not consume credits.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Once credits have been consumed, refunds are not available for the used portion. To request a refund, contact us at the email listed below.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spamming, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other email/privacy regulations when using exported data.
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass credit requirements or exploit the caching system.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.

7. Data Accuracy

The Service aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of business information, email addresses, or website quality scores. AI-generated quality scores are approximations and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ugly Site Scraper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
